BARCLAY HEADS TO AUSTRIA

Shire's on-loan keeper, Jamie Barclay, will this week join up with Billy Stark's Scotland under-21 squad for their latest European Championship qualifying match in Austria.

Jamie has so far been included in the party for the two matches already played in the qualification campaign but has so far failed even to make it onto the bench.

The Scots started with a 1-0 win in Albania and followed that up with a 5-2 victory over the same opponents in the return fixture, which took place at the Falkirk Stadium.

Austria's only game so far was a 2-1 defeat in Belarus.

The Scotland squad met up with coach Billy Stark on Monday and will train at home before heading out for Saturday's game.

The game with Austria will be played in the town of Modling and will kick-off at 5pm BST.
