GARY BACK IN GOAL
Gary O'Connor will take up his regular place in goal for Saturday's crucial game with Montrose at Firs Park.
The on-loan shot stopper missed the Dumbarton defeat at the weekend to attend a function in connection with his testimonal year with Berwick Rangers.
Boss, Jim McInally, expressed his disappointment at Gary's decision afterwards to shireTV, but he says there will be no further repercussions.
"Gary will be in goal on Saturday," he said. "There were some who were disappointed he chose not to play at Dumbarton but we will give him the chance to make amends in some people's eyes."
Shire still have a real chance of avoiding a sixth last place finish in a row at the weekend.
A result better than Forfar can manage against Dumbarton at Station Park will ensure The Loons will end up with the wooden spoon.
